please call our office (518-456-1211, Option 2) to schedule a newborn visit
which we require within 48 hours of being discharged from the hospital.

If you have submitted a New Patient Registration Form on behalf of a sick child
please call our office (518-456-1211, Option 1) to schedule your appointment.

We do NOT monitor the New Patient Registration submissions daily.
