Schoolhouse Pediatrics is pleased to provide each of our patients with access to their own online PatientPortal. In addition to using the Portal to view/print medical records, access various forms and documents, patients (parents) will have the ability to communicate with our practice regarding general health questions (non-urgent matters only), prescription refills and appointment requests.
If you have not already done so, please use the form found on our PatientPortal page to request registration. You will need the patient name(s), date(s) of birth and the email address you would like to associate with each Portal (each child has their own PatientPortal).
