If you feel that your child may be sick or needs to be seen for something other than a regularly scheduled Well Visit, please call to schedule an appointment. We will do our very best to accommodate your requests for specific Providers and times but please understand this may not be possible, depending on the circumstances and urgency of the issue. If you need advice about an illness or are unsure as to whether your child needs to be seen, please call our Albany office and select Option 1 for our triage nurses. If you are unable to speak directly with a nurse, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. If your child becomes ill or needs to be seen on Saturday or Sunday, please call our Albany office 7:30am-10am and select Option 1 to schedule a Sick Visit with one of our nurses.
If you need to reach one of our physicians while our offices are closed, please call our Albany office to speak with an operator who will assist in getting a message to our on-call Provider.
