If you feel that your child may be sick or needs to be seen for something other than a regularly scheduled physical, please call to schedule an appointment. We will do our very best to accommodate specific requests for an appointment time or specific provider, but please understand that this may depend on the urgency of the issue being called about. If you need advice about an illness or are unsure as to whether your child needs to be seen, please call our Albany office and select Option 1 for our triage nurses. If you are unable to speak directly with a nurse, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. If your child becomes ill or needs to be seen on Saturday or Sunday, please call our Albany office between 7:30am-10am and select Option 1 to speak with a nurse to schedule a sick visit. If there is ever a time that a patient or their parent feels as though they are being restricted from scheduling an urgent appointment, they always have the right to ask to speak directly with any of our providers.
After 430pm, please call our Albany office to leave a voicemail for the on-call provider. Option 1 will transfer your message over to the on-call provider and Option 2 will leave a message for the nurses to address the following business day. Please keep in mind that the on-call provider is for urgent calls that cannot wait until the next day.
