Schoolhouse Pediatrics follows the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics for health supervision visits and immunizations. The summer months are our busiest time of the year for these types of appointments, so please keep in mind as you plan for your child’s appointment. We recommend making your appointment well in advance. If you require forms for school to be filled out, you may email them to us at patientdocs@schoolhousepeds.com, send via fax or drop off at one of our office locations . Please take advantage of our PatientPortal to request your Well Visit appointment. Otherwise, you may call our Albany office to schedule your appointment at either of our three locations.
