Dr. Luthra was born in India and is a graduate of Osmania University and Osmania Medical School of India. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Connecticut and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Luthra is also an attending physician at Albany Medical Center and St. Peter’s Hospital.
