Currently, we are looking to fill the following positions:
Receptionist (West Coxsackie Office Location)
(NOTE: Proof of completed COVID vaccination required)
This is a part-time position. We prefer a high school or equivalent education. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Checking In/Checking Out Patients
- Scheduling Non-Urgent Appointments
- Registering New Patients
- Answering Phones (High Volume)
- Posting Patient Payments
- Collecting Payments/Collections
- Scanning/Filing Paperwork
- Entering Insurance Information
Our patients’ relationship with their pediatrician is a very special one involving mutual trust and confidence. As a member of our team, you will help foster this relationship so that our patients receive the best of medical care.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, very organized, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced office environment. Previous office experience is also preferred.

Registered Nurse (ALL Locations)

This is a full-time position. Qualifications Include:
- Friendly and personable
- Able to work under high pressure

- Establishes patient care goals and teaches patients, friends and family to understand conditions, medications and self-care skills
- Maintains safe, clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Exhibits clinical and nursing skills, administers medication, welcomes medical teamwork, multi-tasking, listening, verbal communication, health promotion and maintenance
- Computer skills
