Please note that while we are able to schedule the PCR COVID tests (only to symptomatic Schoolhouse Pediatric registered patients, NOT for travel, sports, etc.) they must be sent out to obtain the results, usually received within 2-4 business days. If your child is sick, and you consider it to be an urgent nature requiring them to be seen, please call our office and leave a message, including your child’s symptoms (518-456-1211, Option 1). We will do our very best to return your call in a timely manner, however, please note that we continue to experience an overwhelming number of appointment requests and are working with a reduced staff. Therefore, there may be a delay in responding to your call, but we will.
